Hello! I’m Nicola 🥰
This is the hard part… talking about myself 😂 . I’m a mum of 3 girls - Allanah who you will know as apprentice here, Marlie and Bronte - and wife to Kris.
Im a lover of travelling✈️, my mission in life seems to be finding all the good places to eat around the world. I love to buy books and read them… I mention buying and reading seperate as I class them as 2 different hobbies on entirely different timelines. If I’m not at work or home I’m in the karate dojo. I found this hobby later in life and it’s kinda became my life… taking me places I would never have thought to travel to and building up quite the collection of medals too. I also love doing a bit of weightlifting and cold water dooks!
i have a slightly weird fascination with all things morbid, I love books about forensics, murder and death. I collect skulls💀 (not real obviously) and have a coffin in the studio (a very cool designed one used as shelves…not just a random coffin, I’m not that weird…honest)
I don’t really see myself as a cool tattoo shop owner… I’m a bit socially awkward, a bit uncool but I make it work! Hopefully I give off the vibe that you don’t have to be a cool kid to visit my shop, everyone is welcome 🥰

As most of you know I’m Nicola’s daughter, so it’s an interesting but fun dynamic at work

One thing about me is that I never sit still…. If I’m not here at the studio I’m probably doing karate.
I’m an assistant instructor at Kanzen For Life and I am also a squad member. This has given me opportunities to compete and travel all around the world! My biggest passion in life is to travel and experience as much as I can, and be able to share and pass on those opportunities.
When I was younger I used to be very quiet and abit of a scardey cat but now I’m the complete opposite, I love to be impulsive and do things that come with a risk! Recently I ranoff a mountain in South Africa to paraglide - one of the best things I’ve ever done 😍
South Africa is hands down the best place I’ve ever been. incredible, everyone is so happy to be alive! The energy and vibe there is unreal.
Overall, I’m a very blunt and straight to the point person, and I believe honesty in myself and situations help me grow as a person which can only be a good thing!
